I observed the human face decoration pottery (Sakenomiba site,Hokuto City) with a 3D model. Exhibited at tha Yamanashi Prefectural Archaeological Museum Reiwa 4th Spring Exhibition “Jomon people who draw their hearts-The world of pottery with human face and clay figurines-“. It is a pottery from the beginning of the middle Jomon period, and the human face decoration faces the outside of the pottery.

人面装飾土器（北杜市酒呑場遺跡）を3Dモデルで観察しました。山梨県立考古博物館企画展「心を描く縄文人」展示土器です。縄文中期初頭の土器で、人面装飾が土器外側を向きます。

3-1　人面装飾

人面装飾

顔下半輪郭線が眉と鼻に連続して描かれています。目、口の表現はありません。

頭のにょろにょろはヘビでしょうか。

顔の下の双環は何を意味しているのでしょうか。

人面装飾の裏は装飾がありません。

3-2　胴部文様

土器全体の文様構成は中期中葉の人面装飾（顔面把手）付土器と似ています。それら後代土器の源流となった土器なのでしょうか。

胴部にある波動文（三角文）は7単位となっています。この企画展展示土器で7単位の波動文がかなりみられます。無理して７単位にしているような土器もみられます。
