 Topography near the salt domes in Iran

I learned about Iranian society by reading the article "The Mystery of Iranian Smiles and Greetings" in the April issue of the magazine Geography. With the outbreak of the Israel-Iran War, this article will gain new significance as a pre-war record. I created a 3D model of the topography near the salt domes using the DEM-Net Elevation API, and enjoyed observing the topography that cannot be observed in Japan.

雑誌地理4月号記事「イラン人の笑顔と挨拶の謎」を読んで、イラン社会の様子について学習しました。イスラエル-イラン戦争が勃発し、この記事は戦争前記録としての新しい意義が生まれるでしょう。記事とは関係ありませんが、岩塩ドーム付近地形3DモデルをDEM-Net Elevation APIで作成して、日本では観察できない地形の観察を楽しみました。
